Implementing or optimising a data management system
Mapping key data, providing business input for building a data store/lake and dashboards for performance or quality management, helping structure data-related roles, and supporting the business-side rollout of AI-based tools for the considered use of AI.

- Establishing a data management function, defining a roadmap for upskilling the team and building data literacy across the school, and implementing data governance at a French higher education institution.
- Identifying KPIs and building management dashboards for the executive management of a French company.
Obtaining certifications and labels
Supporting the preparation of accreditation and certification submissions specific to higher education (CGE, Qualiopi, AACSB, EQUIS/EFMD, AMBA, etc.).

- Managing a full portfolio of international (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, BSIS) and national (CEFDG, HCERES, France Compétences, Qualiopi, DD&RS) accreditations, including data collection, analysis, report writing, and coordinating the preparation of submissions and supporting evidence at a French higher education institution.
- Managing the full EcoVadis® certification project for a French company.
- Providing methodological support for the RFAR submission and certification (a French label for responsible supplier relations and purchasing) of a higher education institution.
